STEVE Tilson has bolstered his managerial team at Heybridge Swifts.
Former Southend United boss Tilson has been in charge of the Isthmian North side since September 2021 and he has now added ex Blues youth team chief Danny Greaves to his backroom team.
Tilson previously had former Shrimpers midfielder Alan McCormack as his assistant and John Gowens who left to return to Roots Hall as physiotherapist.
But Gowens has now been replaced by Greaves who also made 53 appearances as a player for Blues.
Heybridge are currently third in the table and beat Tilbury 5-1 on Saturday.
