SOUTHEND United fans have their say on Saturday's 2-2 draw with Altrincham.

The supporters are worried for their club, things have ever been this bad behind the scenes. We look like a different team than a month ago on that unbeaten run. Panic, desperation and arguing with each other. A football regulator must happen although prob too late for us now.

@CC_2201

Lacklustre throughout. Taylor isn’t goood enough, poor ball retention, physically not up to it aswell. Mooney was poor all game, too many touches, slow decision making. Bridge once again only real threat. Noor's a miss in the middle and desperate for some fit strikers. Won’t be easy.

@jameswhyte81

It was a game of two halves for both teams. We were on top in the first half, they were in the second, some players similarly. Bridgey was immense first half, then they doubled up on him second. Disappointing mix up for the second equaliser, someone had to call it? Hope Mooney is OK.

@Kaylalula

I think we were very poor and slow on the ball throughout the 90 minutes. Too many individual errors which ended up costing us. We are missing Powell massively his runs alone create so much space for others. Hope Mooney is ok. Miley was excellent again today.

@KetchleyShane

You’ve got players being paid late, others at the club not paid at all. The atmosphere in the club must be awful the fans matched the mood today. It would appear we are sleep walking to the end. As a paying fan it is frustrating but unsurprising as we were second best today.

@DonsEssex

Felt a weird atmosphere from the minute I entered the ground. Hard to put the off the field worries to one side for most fans and I don’t believe players haven’t been affected by it at all. Too many injured key players missing and it showed, really poor standard shown.

@mattysufc

Another abysmal performance, shocking blunder by the keeper, and terrible performances by Ralph ,Mooney and Taylor. Only decent players out there were Lopata, Miley & Bridge. Still missing Powell.

@YeattsMatthew

The injuries are beginning to tell on our results but we must focus on the positives we scored twice and both of our scorers had good games let's move on and hope next week is better on the injury front.

@phillsilver9

Despite gifting them two goals, hard to argue Altrincham didn’t deserve at least a point. A few players very sub-par today. Bridge, Hobson and Wreh were impressive though. With the injuries on the pitch and the financial issues off it, feels a very difficult period upcoming.

@Moorhouse79

Really disappointing and frustrating performance. Our defending for both Altrincham goals was abysmal. Blondy, Taylor, Ralph and Mooney all really poor. Clear that the off field issues have affected confidence and morale. Feels like the end is near. Credit to Hobson,Wreh and Bridge.

@DanDobisz

A month ago away to Barnet, there was such a feel good factor. I started to feel that my club was on its way back, confident a huge away following, I had goosebumps celebrating with the players etc, it felt so good. Four weeks later, what a difference, Roots Hall was dead.

@ScottyBarber12

A real poor atmosphere today, not surprising with lack of update off the field. Injury list mounting, unable to sign players and seem to slipping back into old habits with sloppy mistakes. Disappointing as the atmosphere has been fantastic on the run, we need clarity from Ron.

@dan_mays86

Fans, players and coaches all seemed distracted by off the field issues. Performance was flat from start to finish which led to conceding two sloppy goals. Should have come away with three points but lack of available options and quality showed today.

@duker_86

Started positively enough,but to get pegged back twice by giving away two sloppy and careless goals is disappointing. Jack Bridge deserved his goal, not a great performance overall though, and quite a flat atmosphere. A draw was probably a fair result.

@steveg671

Individual errors costing us again but is probably the least of our concerns at the moment.

@DanBasildonBlue

A game we should have won comfortably but for two abysmal errors, one by Mooney ( who was awful all game) and our keeper. Gifted them their two goals. Taylor not good enough either and midfield disappeared after their second. Plus our injury list keeps growing (four key forwards and two keepers!)

@tommyharris57

A very flat atmosphere with an error filled game. Not one for the purists. More injuries, not good.
