SOUTHEND United boss Kevin Maher has no qualms over a possible fixture pile up for the Shrimpers.

Blues saw their match at Oldham Athletic postponed due to a frozen pitch on Saturday while Tuesday's scheduled clash at Maidenhead United has also been called off.

But Maher insists his squad will cope with whatever comes their way.

“We will have to deal with it but I think all teams will be in the same boat with the fixtures,” said Maher.

“We can’t complain too much and whatever is thrown at us we’ll get on with.”

The Shrimpers will also have to rearrange their match at Dorking Wanderers due to progressing into the last 16 of the FA Trophy.

And, if Blues beat York next month, their trip to Wrexham in March will also have to be rescheduled.
