SOUTHEND United midfielder Noor Husin suffered an ankle injury in Tuesday night’s 1-0 defeat at Boreham Wood.

Husin was replaced by Harry Taylor late on at Meadow Park.

And Blues boss Kevin Maher will be keeping tabs on the midfielder ahead of Saturday’s match with Aldershot Town at Roots Hall.

“He’s got a big lump on his ankle,” said Maher.
