SOUTHEND United have confirmed they are in talks with three interested parties to sell the club.
Echosport confirmed earlier this week that a group of local businessmen were in advanced talks to buy Blues.
But a short statement issued by the club revealed there are two other interested parties.
The statement said: "Following recent speculation surrounding the sale of the club, we can confirm that Non Disclosure Agreements with three interested parties and Heads of Terms have been issued.
"However, at this time, none of the interested parties have been granted a period of exclusivity."
