HASHTAG United secured their first ever Isthmian Premier Division victory after romping to a 4-1 win at Concord Rangers.

The Tags - who won Isthmian North last season - kicked off the campaign with a 2-2 draw at home to Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday.

But they went one better at the Aspect Arena to make it four points from their first two games at this level.

Sam Cornish opened the scoring for Hashtag after just 15 minutes before Alex Teniola doubled the visitors' lead five minutes before half-time.

Substitute Harrison Day got Concord back in the game with a good finish in the 52nd minute before the Beach Boys' hopes of a comeback suffered a big blow just four minutes later as Luke Ige was red carded.

The Tags soon resumed control and made it 3-1 in the 65th minute with Toby Aromolaran firing home.

Misha Djemaili then completed the scoring for Hashtag who are now seventh in the standings.

In contrast, Concord - who were relegated from National League South last season - are second from bottom.

Elsewhere on Tuesday night, Billericay Town made it back to back victories after a 1-0 win at Cheshunt.

Frankie Merrifield bagged the only goal of the game after just four minutes.

However, there was frustration for Canvey Island who lost 4-1 at Dulwich Hamlet.

The Gulls had Lordon Akolbire sent off just before the break with the hosts 1-0 up, thanks to a goal from Richard Pingling.

Former Billericay Town defender Michael Chambers made it 2-0 immediately after half-time before Joe Paxman got a goal back for Canvey.

But Manny Parry made it 3-1 in the 68th minute before former Southend United loanee Jerome Binnom-Williams completed the scoring for the hosts.
