ROCHFORD Hundred head coach Danny Cleare said his side had no excuses after being beaten by Tring.
Rochford lost 55-31 in the Regional One South East clash
And Cleare was disappointed with the display.
“We have no excuses,” said Cleare.
“It was a very winnable game but we just didn’t show up.
“We were second best to everything and falling off tackles.

“It was just a very un-Rochford performance and no-one wants to see that again.
“We’re far better than that performance and you could see the disappointment in everyone’s faces at the end of the game.
“But only we can put it right and we’re going to have to play a lot better if we want to beat Westcliff on Saturday. “
Rochford head to the Gables for this weekend’s local derby.
And Cleare is looking forward to the contest.
“To be honest I think this is the perfect game for us after last week’s result,” said Cleare.
“When you don’t perform and lose in the manner we did I think it’s important you follow it up with a big performance and if players can’t get themselves up for a local derby then they’re playing the wrong sport.
“I fully expect a big week's training and a much improved performance on Saturday.
