WESTCLIFF will be looking to make it two wins in succession when they head to Harpenden tomorrow.

Westcliff bagged their first win since April 2022 when beating 55-32 against Bedford Athletic last time out.

And head coach Jimmy Rea is now seeking more of the same.

"It was a great first win," said Rea.

"I told the boys we were only one pass away from a big win but there's still lots to work on.

"We are theming at the moment with Mount Everest and climbing it to reach the summit.

"The win on Saturday was us reaching base camp.

"It's a good start but there's still a lot of climbing to be done."

That quest will continue this weekend against third placed Harpenden.

But Rea is only focusing on Westcliff's performance.

"We want to get the process right," said Rea.

"We are building a process orientated team not an outcome orientated team.

"If you get the process right the outcome will take care of itself.

"The process and our jobs on and off the pitch are what we can control.

"The ref, the opposition, the weather, we can’t!

"We expect a great game of rugby!"
