BILLERICAY Town bagged a brilliant 1-0 win against St Albans City in the FA Cup on Saturday.

Alfie Cerulli bagged the only goal of the game at New Lodge to put Billericay into Monday's fourth qualifying round draw, alongside Southend United.

In the Isthmian Premier Division, Concord Rangers bagged their first win of the season beating Folkestone Invicta 2-1 at the Aspect Arena.

Harrison Day and Tahjae Anderson were both on target for the Beach Boys who moved off the foot of the table with the win.

In Isthmian North, ninth placed Bowers & Pitsea won 2-0 at Ipswich Wanderers thanks to goals from Daniel Thompson and Manny Oluwasemo but Basildon United slipped to 14th after losing 4-2 at home to Felixstowe & Walton United.

Kye Jude and Kai Brown both netted for Basildon.

In the Essex Senior League, eighth placed Great Wakering Rovers trounced Coggeshall Town Town 7-0 at Burroughs Park.

Ben Search scored twice for Wakering while Billy Johnson, Danny Cossington, Connor Hart, Callum Boylan and Kien Connelly also netted.

Hullbridge Sports are 10th in the table after beating Buckhurst Hill 3-0, thanks to a hat-trick from Jason Banton.

But there was disappointment for 15th placed White Ensign who lost 3-2 at Sporting Bengal United having let slip a two goal lead.
