THERE were defeats for Rochford Hundred and Westcliff in Regional One South East on Saturday.
Fifth placed Rochford lost 37-20 at home to Shelford, who now sit third, while Westcliff were beaten 48-14 by league leaders Colchester at the Gables and are now bottom of the standings.

In Regional Two Anglia, Southend Saxons stayed top of the table after winning 50-19 at Dagenham.
