IT was burpees and running a go-go at Little Footprints nursery for their once a week boot camp session.
The children absolutely love it when Mandy Tarbard visits the nursery in Dark Lane, Thundersley, each week.
The sessions are to help physical and emotional development.
The boot camps are aimed at two to five year olds to help with their health and wellbeing.
Mandy said: “I sincerely believe that physical wellbeing and good mental health go hand in hand for all of us.
“Early intervention is of paramount importance at a very young age, as it helps to prepare the child for the transition from day nursery to “big school."
The nursery supports Mandy in her goal to help improve the health of youngsters.
“My passion therefore, is to encourage other local nurseries to offer the same service,” she said.
“The directors of Little Footprints are helping me as much as possible to achieve this objective.”
