THERE were wins for both Southend Saxons and Westcliff this afternoon.
A last gasp try from Tom Ramsey saw Southend beat Eton Manor 13-12 in a top of the table clash in Regional Two Anglia.
Southend now sit four points clear of second placed Manor.
In Regional One South East, bottom of the table Westcliff bagged a brilliant 47-36 home win against Tring who now sit fifth.
However, there was disappointment for Rochford Hundred as they lost 31-21 at home to Sudbury and are now 10th in the 12 team table.
In Counties Two Essex (South), table-topping Basildon beat Kings Cross Steelers 36-24 while sixth placed Billericay saw off Old Brentwoods 30-10.
