SOUTHEND United will host Hampton & Richmond Borough in the third round of the FA Trophy.
Hampton & Richmond are currently fifth in National League South and beat Cray Valley 5-1 in the last round.
Billericay Town will head to National League side Wealdstone in the third round.
The matches will be played on the weekend of December 9.
