SOUTHEND United have completed the signing of striker Danny Waldron from Rushall Olympic.
The 27-year-old is joint top scorer in National League North with 16 goals already this season.
And Waldron is delighted to be joining the Shrimpers.
He said: “I’m pleased to get it over the line. It’s exciting times.
"I’ve been working alongside playing for Rushall so I’m glad it’s finally done and I’m just looking forward to getting to training, getting to know the lads and playing games.”
Waldron has signed a deal which lasts until the end of next season and is available for Saturday's clash with Altrincham at Roots Hall.
