SOUTHEND United boss Kevin Maher has yet to discover the extent of the knee injury Cav Miley suffered at Hartlepool United on Saturday.
Miley played through the pain for the closing minutes of the 0-0 draw.
And Maher will be keeping a close eye on the 28-year-old.
“It’s his knee but we’ll see how he is and keep our fingers crossed.
“I’ve not really had time to go in and ask him about it yet.”
Miley has made 29 appearances for Blues this season but missed three months of the campaign with a thigh problem he suffered against Woking in October.
