BILLERICAY Town moved back into the Isthmian Premier Division play-off places after recording a comprehensive 6-0 win at Haringey Borough.

Bradley Stevenson bagged a hat-trick in the victory with his first goal of the game coming from the penalty spot after just four minutes.

Moses Emmanuel doubled Town’s lead six minutes later before Stevenson scored twice in quick succession to make it 4-0 after just 22 minutes.

The hosts had Olu Durojaiye sent off just past the hour mark before Emmanuel and Ruben Soares netted to seal Billericay’s win and Haringey’s relegation.

Town are now fifth in the table and are level on points with sixth placed Horsham who still have three games in hand.

At the other end of the table, rock bottom Concord Rangers lost 2-0 at home to Wingate & Finchley and now seem certain to suffer a second relegation in succession.

Concord have suffered 11 defeats in a row and sit 18 points from safety with just six games to go.

Canvey Island saw their scheduled clash at Potters Bar Town postponed due to a waterlogged pitch but there were no such problems for Hashtag United who triumphed 3-1 at Cray Wanderers on Friday night.

Sakariya Hassan and Luke May-Parrott both netted in the first 45 minutes before Pedro Carvalho scored late on as the Tags moved ninth in the table.

In Isthmian North, fourth placed Bowers & Pitsea beat Enfield 1-0 with TQ Addy scoring the only goal of the game from the penalty spot six minutes into the second half.

Elsewhere, Basildon United - who are ninth - drew 3-3 at Gorleston.

Ramiah Mills put the Bees in front from the penalty spot after just seven minutes before George Keys equalised for the hosts 10 minutes later.

Samir Ali made it 2-1 to Basildon with another penalty, only for Jacek Zielonka to level things up just before the break.

Basildon took the lead for the third time in the 65th minute with Ruben Bartlett-Antwi on target but Alby Matthews netted late on to ensure the game ended all square.

In the Essex Senior League, 10th placed Hullbridge Sports suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at third from bottom Frenford.
