SOUTHEND United have bolstered their defensive options ahead of this afternoon's clash with Gateshead at Roots Hall.
The Shrimpers are without the injured Harry Taylor and the suspended Nathan Ralph for the National League clash.
And Blues boss Kevin Maher has opted to bring in Taylor Foran on loan from Bromley.
Foran joined Bromley in the summer after leaving Arsenal.
The 20-year-old made 11 appearances while on loan at Hartlepool last season.
