And he departs with words of praise from the Regional Two Anglia club.
A club spokesperson said: “Kevin took charge of a squad emerging from two consecutive relegations and facing the prospect of a third.
“His immediate focus on smart, targeted recruitment brought stability and renewed competitiveness, culminating in a mid-table finish in his first campaign.
“The following season saw further progress. Competing against strong opposition, he guided the first team to a top-half finish, narrowly missing out on a promotion play-off place.
“He now departs with the club in a strong position ahead of the 2026/27 season, which opens with a home match against Cheshunt RFC, newcomers to Regional Two Anglia, on 12 September.”
Rochford have already begun the process of appointing a successor to Harman.
