KIERON Dyer knows table-topping Southend United will have a target on their backs this bank holiday weekend.
The Shrimpers host Kidderminster Harriers at Roots Hall tonight before heading to Woking on Monday.

And Dyer has warned his players they will need to be at their best to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
“I’ve watched every team in this league and I do feel that Southend have a target on their backs,” said Dyer.
“I’ve watched Solihull and I’ve watched Altrincham since they’ve played us and they don’t run as hard as they did against Southend.
“We are in a situation where whenever we play a team we get the best version of their team because, along with maybe Carlisle, we are the biggest club in the National League.
“They (Southend) have a manager who is saying they’re going to win the league and people want to prove him wrong and ram the words down my throat.
“I do feel like we have a target on our back and we are going to get the best from every team so we have to give our best version too.
“But if we give our best version then I think that’s a better version than Kidderminster.”
