STRUGGLING Westcliff face a huge game in London Two North today as they travel to Stevenage Town, the team just above them in the standings.

Westcliff are currently second from bottom in the league and have won just three of their 13 matches so far this term.

While Westcliff worry about relegation, Rochford Hundred will be looking to continue their promotion charge this season when they host Saffron Walden.

Rochford currently top the London Three North East table but lost to Walden earlier on this term and are keen to avoid a repeat.

“Saffron was one of two matches that we have lost in the league this campaign,” said Rochford’s first team manager Graham Pratt.

“The team did not do themselves credit on that occasion by allowing the opposition to intimidate them into lowering their standards.

“I am sure that coach Dean Cutting will have strong words of reminder about that game and the lads will respond accordingly to keep the drive on for promotion.”

Rochford hope to have winger Matt Barber back fit after a short lay-off, while Thurrock host Mersea Island.

In London Four North East, fourth-placed South Woodham Ferrers are away to Wymondham and Canvey Island host table-topping Colchester.

Basildon go to bottom-of-the-league Crusaders and Billericay are also on the road as they head to Ipswich.

In Essex Two Runwell Wyverns head for Loughton and, in Essex Three, Stanford le Hope go to Ongar and Pegasus Palmerians are at home to Brightlingsea.
