Southend AC will bid to emulate last season’s performance when they won the senior women’s gold and took the men’s silver when the Essex Cross-Country Relay Championships are staged tomorrow at Hadleigh.
These will be held over the seriously undulating course just past Hadleigh Castle.
Car parking is in Chapel Lane which is at the west end of the one-way system in London Road, Hadleigh. Racing starts at 11am.
