PINK Spirit Netball Club held a successful launch night at Garon Park.
England international netballer Louisa Brownfield was among the guests.
And the Southend based club, which was originally established in January 2007, now have more than 20 members playing within two teams in two different leagues.
They play in both the Southend and Basildon League and continue to raise money for breast cancer charities.
“We are an up and coming netball team and are getting bigger and better,” said a club spokeswoman.
“We are looking for sponsorship though and it would be great if someone could help out. We would only be too happy to put the company’s logo on our kit and also advertising space on our website.”
Anyone interested in sponsoring Pink Spirit, who are currently organising a charity rally in June, can contact them via the Echo Sportsdesk on 01268 469307.
