JEAN-Yves M'Voto and Johnny Herd were both forced off during the 3-2 win at Brighton and Hove Albion with hip injuries.
M'Voto went into the game with the problem which worsened during the first half.
But Herd's was a fresh injury, which concerned manager Steve Tilson.
“We have a small squad so injuries like this do hit us hard,” said Tilson.
“Jean had an injection on his hip earlier on in the week but he was feeling it during the game and ended up having to come off.
“Johnny picked up his problem in the first half and he was still in pain at the start of the second half so we had to bring him off.
“We will know more in the next couple of days about how serious the injuries are.”
