JACK Sampson is doubtful for tomorrow’s clash at Hereford United.
The on loan Bolton Wanderers striker has not trained since injuring his groin against Accrington Stanley last Saturday.
And boss Paul Sturrock is not sure if he will be available this weekend.
“At the moment you would have to say Jack is doubtful,” said Sturrock.
“We will have to wait and see if he’s available but he’s struggling at the moment.”
Sampson looks set to be replaced in attack by Elliot Benyon but he missed training yesterday after his wife went in to labour.
Chris Barker should also return after completing a one match suspension while on loan left-back Lee Hills is expected to start after recovering from a hamstring strain.
Luke Prosser and Peter Gilbert are expected to make way and Anthony Grant will also drop out of the side as he serves the first of a two match ban after picking up 10 yellow cards.
The midfielder will be replaced by either Ryan Hall or Kane Ferdinand in the starting line-up.
