RYAN Inniss suffered a dislocated shoulder during Southend United’s 1-0 defeat against Bolton Wanderers this evening.
The on loan Crystal Palace defender has been plagued by shoulder injuries throughout his career.
And Blues boss Phil Brown confirmed the 21-year-old would now be spending more time on the sidelines.
“Ryan has struggled with shoulder injuries and it’s been a problem for him throughout his career,” said Brown.
“It looks like it’s continuing as he’s suffered another dislocation.”
Inniss also suffered a dislocated shoulder against Millwall in early November and did not return to action until February.
But Brown was boosted by how well John White performed at the heart of the back after replacing Inniss.
“John White came to the party and I thought he was different class,” added Brown.
