MARK Milligan is available for Southend United's trip to Tranmere Rovers on Friday.
The Shrimpers skipper returned to Australia to line up in the national side's 5-0 win against Nepal.
But Blues' caretaker boss Gary Waddock is certain Milligan will be fine to feature at Prenton Park.
"Mark returned safe and sound and he will be available for the game tomorrow," said Waddock.
"I don’t think jet lag will be a problem either because he’s done it a number of times now.
"I spoke to him before he went and he said he would be fine.
"I spoke to him before training today too and he said he’s fine so he will be available."
