SOUTHEND United defender Liam Ridgewell is back in training.
The 35-year-old - who has made just one appearance for the Shrimpers this season - had been sidelined by a calf problem.
But Blues' caretaker boss Gary Waddock has confirmed the centre-back is now out of the treatment room.
"Ridgy has trained this week with Ben (Clarkson) and Stef (Russo)," said Waddock.
"He trained with the group today too.
"He needs some work to get to the level he wants to be at first of all but the good thing is he’s out on the grass."
