YOU can celebrate the joy of Christmas this year by attending an event or service at a church in Leigh.
St Clement’s Church will hold a Christmas Eve Crib Service at 4.30pm before their Midnight Mass begins at 11.30pm. Their Christmas Day Parish Mass begins at 10am and there is a Low Mass at noon on Boxing Day.
At the Leigh Road Baptist Church there will be a Candlelit Midnight Communion beginning at 11.30pm on Christmas Eve, and their Christ is Born Family Service will start on Christmas Day at 10am.
West Leigh Baptist Church has two Christingle services on Christmas Eve, one at 5pm and another at 6.30pm.
And on Christmas Day Reverend Jon Stannard will lead an all age service at 10am. Our Lady of Lordes will hold a carol service at 5pm, followed by a Vigil Mass at 5.30pm. On Christmas Day there will be mass held at 8am, 9.30am and 11.30am.
St Margaret’s Church’s Christmas Eve Crib and Christingle will be at 4.30pm, before a Midnight Mass begins at 11.30pm.
Their Christmas Day Mass begins at 10am.
