Amy Winehouse has been remembered across social media by fans on the fifth anniversary of her death.
The star’s father Mitch Winehouse will mark her passing with a concert in London to raise money for her foundation.
The 27-year-old died of alcohol poisoning at her home in Camden in north London on July 23 2011. Amy was found dead after a long-publicised battle with drink and drugs.
The singer married Blake Fielder-Civil in 2007 and the pair had an on-off relationship even after their marriage ended two years later.
He was widely criticised after she was found dead of alcohol poisoning for having introduced her to hard drugs.
She was immortalised with a life-size bronze statue in Camden on what would have been her 31st birthday.
The 5ft 10in statue features high heels and Amy’s trademark beehive hairdo.
On Twitter, fans paid touching tributes.
