Matthew Watson, 25, of Cors Farm, Billericay, admitted possession of a class A drug. He was caught with two grammes of cocaine, in Basildon, on March 11. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The court also ordered the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Robery Leigh, 29, of Boston Avenue, Southend, admitted speeding. He was caught travelling at 42mph on Hall Road, Rochford, in August. The speed limit is 30mph. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and given three points on his licence.

Robert Owusu, 45, of Hart Road, Thundersley, admitted speeding. He was caught driving a Mercedes Benz on the A127 at 52mph. The speed limit is 40 mph. He was fined £100, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, and given three points on his licence.

Barrie Peacock, 39, of Clay Hill Road, Basildon, admitted speeding. He was caught driving a Ford Focus between Marine Parade and Western Esplanade, in Southend.The speed limit is 20mph. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, £90 court costs and given three points on his licence.

Gavin Pereira, 34, of Lower Cloister, in Billericay, admitted speeding. He was caught driving a Ford car at 43mph in Radford Way, Billericay. The speed limit is 30mph.He was fined £300, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, court costs of £90 and his licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

Carolyn Scott, 44, of Wickhay, Basildon, admitted speeding. He was caught driving a Mercedes Benz at 54mph on the A127, in Laindon. The speed limit is 40mph. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and given three penalty points on his licence.

Peter Thompson, 38, of Birch Green, Wickford, admitted speeding. He was caught driving a Volkswagen at 43mph on the A129 at Rayleigh. The speed limit is 30mph. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £90 court costs.

He received four points on his licence.

Louisa Appleby, 25, of Flint Street, West Thurrock, admitted failing to comply with a community order requiring her to attend probation appointments in March. The court ordered her to carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay £50 court costs.
