AN ENGINEERING company in Rayleigh recently received a visit from their local MP, Mark Francois.
Caretech UK Ltd. are based on the Brook Road Industrial Estate in Rayleigh and Mr Francois met the company’s owner Tony Mears as his staff, before being shown around the premises.
The company specialise in servicing and maintaining assistive technology products such as hoists and lifts, and Mr Francois spent time learning about what Caretech does to support people in hospitals and care homes around the country.
The visit was set up following a meeting between Mr Mears and his MP at his constituency surgery.
Mr Francois said: “I think it is important to try and visit local businesses in my constituency.
“I had a very constructive visit with Mr Mears and it was fascinating to look around his premises and learn more about his business.
“I wish Caretech and all who work there all the best for the future.”
