POLICE are hunting a cyclist in connection with a meat theft.
Steaks and lamb chops were stolen from Sainsbury’s in Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff at about 12.30pm on May 15. Police have now released a CCTV image of a woman they want to speak to in connection with the theft.
The woman police want to speak to is described as white, with black hair and aged between 30 and 40-years-old. On the day of the theft she wore pink or red coloured trousers, white trainers, a black t-shirt and sunglasses.
They are also wanting to speak to her after a meat theft from the same store on April 23 at about 11.45am.
