Police have placed a similar appeal in the local papers where this person is thought to live I trust?

More chance of someone knowing who he is there I would have thought

Something odd about this if the 'victim' can't tell the difference between 11.30am and 7pm, yet 'remembered' a reference to Kingston-Upon-Thames
.

I guess the 'victim' was off his face so this could just as likely be Kingston Way or Thames Drive.
