Lights will be switched on in front of the Chequers pub
BILLERICAY’S Christmas lights will be switched on in front of the Chequers pub, in High Street, on Saturday, November 29.
The fun will start at 3.45pm when the Salvation Army band will play carols. Town crier Jim Shrubb will guide proceedings.
Members of Billericay Youth Town Council will hand out balloons and treats and Father Christmas will switch the lights on.
