Man slashed with knife in roadside dispute
Police are appealing for information after man was arrested following a roadside altercation in Basildon.
A 36-year-old man from Basildon, was arrested on Friday, October 31, following the incident, which started on the A13 and concluded at the Five Bells roundabout at about 8pm.
A man, aged in his fifties and from Basildon was assaulted, before being taken to Basildon Hospital for treatment to lacerations on his arm, caused by a small knife.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Rob Duffy at Basildon police station on 101.
The arrested man is on police bail until December 8, pending further enquiries.
