RADIO enthusiasts donated £100 to a charity set up to help families affected by brain and spinal tumours.
Thames Amateur Radio Group, based at Waterside Farm Sports Centre, in Somnes Avenue, Canvey, presented a cheque to the Indee Rose Trust.
The cash was raised from the sale of tea, coffee and cakes at its December social meeting.
The trust was set in July 2009 afer the death of three year-old Indee Rose Dopson, who lived on the island.
