A TEENAGER suffered serious facial injuries after being attacked by two men in Leigh this morning.
The 19-year-old victim, from Rayleigh, sustained the injuries in an incident that began inside the Broadway Grill, Broadway, at around 1.20am on Saturday, April 11.
The incident continued into the street near the Mariners Court pub.
The victim was taken to Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford.
Both suspects were seen heading in the direction of St Clement's Church, Broadway.
One man was described as white, aged in his late twenties, 6ft 2ins tall, of muscular build, with short, light brown hair and wore a navy blue long sleeved top with blue jeans.
The second mad was also in his late twenties, possibly of mixed race and of medium build.
He was clean shaven, had dark hair and was wearing a white vest top under a long sleeved red checked shirt and light blue jeans.
