Police investigating suspicious car fire in Wickford
Police are appealing for witnesses to a suspicious car fire.
The silver Ford Fiesta, which had a For Sale sign on display, was parked on the Hodgegate roundabout at the junction of the A129 Southend Road and Hodgson Way in Wickford at 7pm on Sunday, May 10.
The fire service called Essex Police at 11pm to report the fire.
The vehicle was completely burnt out.
Anyone with information is asked to call Pc Paul Brady at Basildon police station on 101.
