A fallen telegraph pole has caused delays in Rayleigh
A FALLEN telegraph pole and cables have blocked roads in Rayleigh.
The incident happened at around 3.15pm today at Hockley road, Rayleigh, and has blocked roads in both directions near to Wellington Road.
