Evening Greater Anglia trains to Southend Victoria either delayed by 30 minutes or cancelled
TRAINS leaving London Liverpool Street are either delayed by up to 30 minutes, or cancelled this evening.
Services to Southend Victoria and Ipswich are experiencing the worst disruption, with trains to Braintree and Clacton also affected.
Greater Anglia say this is due to speed restrictions imposed at Ingatestone station, and a passenger being taken ill on a train at Ilford.
