Person trapped in vehicle car after crash
A MAN in his 80s was cut out of a car after a crash.
A VW Polo and Ford Fiesta crashed in Noak Hill Road, Basildon just after 3pm today.
The ambulance service, police and fire crews were called to the scene.
Two fire crews from Basildon Fire Station attended.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “The man received treatment for minor injuries.”
A spokesman for the Essex Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire crews used specialist cutting equipment to release the man trapped in his car by 3:30pm.”
