A TRAWL through the Echo archives takes us back to the late 1980s and early 1990s at Beauchamps School in Wickford.
The school, along with Bromfords School, in Grange Avenue, serves as one the town’s secondary schools.
In the late Eighties and early Nineties, as these pictures show, the school had a range of activites, events and visits to keep pupils occupied.
School productions, career days, fun runs, and even an unfortunate French and Spanish teacher getting arrested in a mock demonstration, were all part of the experience for pupils at the school, in Beauchamps Drive.
