Basildon tenants get help to stay warm this winter
BASILDON tenants are being helped to stay warm this winter.
Morgan Sindall Property Services is installing external wall insulation into houses in the borough and the first street has been completed.
A total of 112 properties across Laindon and Vange have been identified as needing the work as part of the council’s strategic asset management strategy.
The works could save residents up to £176 a year on their heating bills and reduce CO2 emissions and damp issues.
