A TEENAGE soap star is hoping to become a healthy role model for youngsters by joining a fitness campaign.
Maisie Smith, now 15, shot to fame as a six-year-old playing cheeky EastEnders character Tiffany Dean - the youngest daughter of Bianca Jackson, played by Patsy Palmer.
The flame-haired teenager, from Westcliff, has now signed up to take part in an online fitness programme called Results 4 Teens to inspire youngsters aged 13 to 17 to get healthy.
Alongside celebrity personal trainer and friend Fabio Harris, Maisie will be taking part in a variety of workout videos - which will incorporate street dance, acrobatics, strength training and box-fit.
A spokesman for Results4Teens said: “The vision at Results 4 Teens is simple - to give the best start in life for teens by educating, engaging and supporting the development of their health.”
Former Chalkwell Junior School pupil Maisie started her acting career aged just four after playing a young Queen Elizabeth I in Hollywood blockbuster The Other Boleyn Girl.
