A FARM is celebrating the safe arrival of three new additions to its yard.
A goat named Emma gave birth to triplets Olaf, Kristoff and Elsa at Barleylands Farm in Billericay as the snow swirled around the farm on Thursday evening.
As they were born in a blizzard they have been named after characters from the popular animation Frozen.
Dave Finkle, farm manager, said: “She went into labour at about 7pm. We had set up CCTV on the pen so I watched from home and she successfully delivered the three babies.
“But they didn’t seem to be suckling so I had to go and bottle feed them at about 10.30pm.
“She hasn’t got much milk, she would struggle with one kid, so we will be bringing them up on bottles now.”
