PLANS to build 14 two bedroom flats and a new shop in Hadleigh have been recommended for refusal ahead of planning meeting.
The proposal would see a warehouse knocked down in Beech Road for the flats.
Kim Fisher, a case officer at Castle Point Council said: “The proposed development is obtrusive, dominant and in a cramped setting. It has an adverse impact on the privacy and amenity of adjoining residents.”
The meeting will be taking place at the council’s offices in Kiln Road, Thundersley.
