THE PDSA is offering Southend dogs free health MOTs and a vaccination clinic between October 10 to 13 on its PetCheck vehicle.

The vehicle will be at Priory Park, in Victoria Avenue, on Tuesday, October 10 from 11am to 6pm.

It will also come to Shoebury Park, in Elm Road, on Wednesday, October 11 from 11am to 6pm.

On Thursday, October 12, and Friday, October 13, it will be at Southchurch Park, in Shaftsbury Avenue, Southend, also from 11am.

The free MOT checks are run on a drop in basis and available to all dog owners.

However if it gets very busy an on-the-day booking system may operate, so owners are advised to come as early as possible.

The vaccination clinic is only available to registered PDSA clients, and appointments must be booked in advance.

To book with the vaccination clinic, or to enquire about registering, please call Basildon PDSA Pet Hospital on 01268 555 100.

PDSA is the UK’s leading veterinary charity and provides free veterinary care to the sick and injured pets of people in need.
