Roundabout blocked after pipes fall off vehicle
A roundabout has become blocked by a spilled load of pipes.
The pipes have fallen on roundabout at the junction of the A13 and B1007 in Stanford Le Hope.
Traffic is moving slowly around the obstruction.
Update: the incident has now cleared.
