The Echo's huge weekly cash giveaway has seen a share of 3k go to lucky winners in Essex for “Your Money Matters” campaign.
Echo Bingo has seen the distribution of more than 28,500 game cards to homes and retailers for our campaign to help with the rise in the cost of living.
Scores of you played the Echo’s Bingo, we spoke to some lucky winners.
Sharon Craxford from Southend was thrilled to win £250. She said: “I was surprised and happy to win. I went away to Pontins and while I was away got the front of my flat repainted.”
Sandra Curtis from Canvey walked away with £250. She said: “It was a lovely surprise and I am planning to put the money away for my son’s 40th birthday surprise next year.”
Louise Chapelle bagged £83. She said: “Last year, before Christmas I was using old newspaper to line the guinea pigs’ house and I saw the bingo competition.
“I filled it out and won £350! This time I won again, I have my guinea pigs Boris and Pig to thank for it!”
