A major south Essex road is partially blocked with long delays after a crash.
UPDATE 7.30pm: This incident has now cleared.
The A13 is partially blocked eastbound between the A176 (Five Bells Interchange) and the Pitsea Flyover after a crash.
Traffic was stationary following the incident and is now slow moving.
